We check your photo ID, insurance and company details, plus Gas Safe, NICEIC or similar where your trade needs one. We'll tell you on WhatsApp when they've passed. You can be picked while they're going on.
Questions from tradespeople
Do I need an app?
No. It all happens on WhatsApp, with a few web pages for setting up.
Do I pay to see a job?
No. It's free to look. You pay only if you choose to get the homeowner's details.
Who else can get the details?
At most two other tradespeople, and only ones the homeowner picked. You're told before you pay.
Does Yuse take a cut?
No. There's no commission on the job, and no fee for repeat work from that customer.
What if they go with someone else?
You pay for their details, not for the job, so there's no refund.
Can I pay to be shown first?
No. Nobody can. Homeowners see who the people they know have used.
What's the £5 my customer can earn?
Yuse pays it, not you. When a homeowner uses you and confirms the recommendation was accurate, the friend who recommended you can earn £5. It never comes out of what you pay.
